Starts every project on the land itself — walking the plot, checking access and water before a single survey number is finalised. He decides what ADP takes up and what it leaves alone, so the projects on this page are the ones he would buy himself.

Priya Kulkarni

Head of Sales & Customer Care

Your first call at ADP. She arranges site visits, explains pricing and payment terms in plain language, and keeps buyers updated right through to the registry.

Sandeep Patil

Site & Development Head

Runs the actual work on the ground — roads, drainage, street lights, compound walls and plantation. He is on site through every stage, so what the brochure shows is what you find when you visit.

Neha Joshi

Legal & Documentation Lead

Handles title checks, agreements and registration paperwork from start to finish. She walks you through every document before you sign, so you always know what you are agreeing to.
